Project Manager (Albuquerque, NM) Guide the creation, tracking & adjustment of personnel development plans for the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent(s) & Project Engineer(s) working on their projects. Participates in events promoting Pavilion; engaging clients, architects & other project contacts to identify new opportunities. Responsible for creating, publishing, communicating, administering, enforcing & adjusting the project schedule. Monitor the operational performance of the projects assigned. Responsible for receiving & evaluating instructions & site conditions to identify potential impacts to the project cost or schdule. Coordinate & lead preconstruction meetings with each sub tier contractors. Assist in the identification, research, development & deployment of Project specific sftware, hardware & equipment.
